PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a laminate pattern of which both layers are cured necessarily and sufficiently while maintaining flexure crack resistance or the like and exhibiting remarkable solvent resistance.SOLUTION: The invention provides a manufacturing method of a laminate pattern including a first application process for applying a composition A to a surface of a supporter to obtain an applied film A, a second application process of applying a composition B to a surface of the applied layer A to obtain an applied film B, a first exposure process of lumping the applied film A and the applied film B, and exposing from an a side of the applied film B to obtain a laminate exposure film of the applied film A and the applied film B, an image development process of developing the laminate exposure film to obtain a laminate pattern of a pattern A and a pattern B, and a second exposure process of lumping the laminate pattern and exposing from a side of the pattern A.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
