PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of controlling device-to-device communication by terminal devices belonging to different cellular systems.SOLUTION: A device comprises: an acquisition unit that acquires resource information indicating radio resources for an opposite party used for device-to-device communication between a first terminal device belonging to a first cellular system and a second terminal device belonging to a second cellular system; and a control unit that controls device-to-device communication between the first terminal device and the second terminal device on the basis of the resource information acquired by the acquisition unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
