PURPOSE: A frame for a soundproofed plate is provided to promote the convenience on construction and to improve the appearance of a soundproofed plate by making a bolt not to be exposed outward. CONSTITUTION: The frame for a soundproofed plate(100) contains projections(111,121) formed longitudinally on the front and rear parts of upper and lower frames(110,120) formed in the shape of a pipe having the appointed shape and length.
