PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system in which the advantages of an angiographic X-ray device are combined with the diagnostic improvements in the soft tissue displaying. SOLUTION: This system is provided with an X-ray emitter (3) which can move on a circular orbit around a patient (10) lying on a medical table (9) for a patient, an image detector unit (4) which can move in opposition to the the X-ray emitter (3) on the circular orbit, digital image systems (6 and 14) used to photograph a number of rotational angiographic projection images, an image processing unit (20) which reconstitutes those projection images as three-dimensional volume images, and correction devices (19, 21 and 22) which make physical action and/or insufficiency corrections in the photographic system for the soft tissue displaying regarding the projection images and the three-dimensional volume images reconstituted therefrom.
