PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excrement-treating material for animals in which acidic odor of a treating substrate can be suppressed and the effect can be retained even when the treating substrate itself generates the acidic odor and which a keeper can comfortably uses. SOLUTION: The excrement-treating material for animals comprises a treating substrate and a perfume component for masking the acidic odor derived from the treating substrate.
