PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking device for a disk storage case, the locking device being designed to lock the disk storage case so that a disk cannot be fraudulently removed from the case. SOLUTION: The locking device includes: a locking mechanism which, lock division cases 23 composing the case body 1 so as to be unopenable through the insertion of a locking means 8 into the insertion path 7 of a case body 1; and a removal lock mechanism by which the locking means 8 is locked so as to be unremovable from the insertion path 7. Near the corner of the case body 1 and opposite the insertion opening 6 of the insertion path 7, the locking device has an auxiliary locking mechanism by which the division cases 23 are locked so as to be unopenable. The auxiliary locking mechanism includes: a locking piece 34 that follows the movement of the locking means 8 in an insertion direction F and a removal direction R; and a first lock piece 32 and the second lock piece 33 disposed for the corresponding division cases 23 so as to be lined upstream and downstream in the insertion direction F on a line extended from the insertion path 7.
