PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cargo collapse preventing device capable of reliably preventing cargo collapse by a simple work, and easily unloading a part of articles stacked on a flat pallet, and easily disassembled and conveyed. SOLUTION: A flat pallet 21 and outer peripheral portions of stacked articles 20 can be fixed to each other by dropping a protecting frame 2 of a cargo collapse preventing device 1 assembled by two holding panels 4 and two connection panels 5 from the top of the articles 20 stacked on the flat pallet 21, and connecting the protecting frames 2 and slots of the flat panel 21 to each other via a pallet connection member 3, and the cargo collapse preventing device 1 can be easily attached to it. Since the flat pallet 21 is fixed to the outer peripheral portions of the stacked articles 20 by the protecting frames 2, cargo collapse of the stacked articles 20 during the cargo handling work or during the conveyance can be reliably prevented.
