PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of absorbing the load input from the outside. SOLUTION: An arm part 3 has an input direction extension part 12 extending to the direction 11 of the load input from the outside. The arm part 3 is bent at a required angle with respect to the input direction extension part 12 between the input direction extension part 12 and a member side mounting part 4, and has a bent shape part 14 forming a required air gap 13 for an initial deformation with respect to a vehicle body side member 1. The arm part 3 is provided with an initial deformation part 15 which moves the input direction extension part 12 toward the vehicle body side member 1 when the load is input, and shifts the direction of the input direction extension part 12 from the direction 11 of the load input.
