PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sunroof device capable of suppressing a rattle and noise emission caused by vibration of a vehicle and securing good installation properties. SOLUTION: A rain channel has one end coupled rotatably with a panel to open and close an opening formed in the roof part of the vehicle and other end supported slidably on a guide rail 11, and interlocking with inclination of the panel, the guide rail is inclined while in sliding, and is slid interlocking with the movement of the panel. The guide rail has a first inner wall surface 11a and a second inner wall surface 11b confronting in the height direction. The rail channel has a body part 24 supported by the first inner wall surface 11a and a deflection part 25 having one end 25a connected with the body part and other end 25b abutted to the body part in pressure contact with the second inner wall surface 11b.
