PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor carpet capable of suppressing effectively resonance caused by coupling generated between the carpet and a floor panel or tire cavity resonance. SOLUTION: The floor carpet laid on a vehicle body floor 4 is structured so that a mass layer 2 having large surface density and a resilient layer 3 made of a resilient material are integrally laminated from above under a skin layer 1, in which the undersurface of the resilient layer 3 is arranged in contact with the body floor. Two or more sets of such lamination parts X and Y each composed of a combination of the mass layer 2 and the resilient layer 3 are prepared and arranged dispersively along the undersurface of the skin layer 1, and either or both of the mass of the mass layer and the resilience of the resilient layer 3 is/are made different between the lamination parts X and Y.
