PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide rinsing equipment for a pickled steel sheet with which a cleaning liquid is jetted without causing a time lag to thereby prevent the occurrence of yellowing, and to provide a rinsing method therefor. SOLUTION: The main pipe 4 connected to a feed water tank 51 is extended to the upper part of a rinsing tank 1, and the distal end of the main pipe 4 is fitted with a main nozzle unit 3 having a plurality of jetting nozzles 2. The main pipe 4 near the main nozzle unit 3 is provided with a first mixer 8 connected to a yellowing preventive storage tank 9. When a threading speed has been remarkably reduced, a pump 61 is started and a yellowing preventive is added to water in the main pipe 4. Since the first mixer 8 is arranged near the main nozzle unit 3, the timing of the jetting of the cleaning liquid mixed with the yellowing prevent is not delayed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
