HEATING COOKER AND ITS PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a heated object from taking the flavor of generated smoke and flame.

SOLUTION: As a temperature free from generation of smoke and flame is set as a control target temperature of a lower face heating means, and a power distribution existence or nonexistence ratio is controlled by using duty control to obtain desired electric power by controlling a ratio of the power distribution existence or nonexistence by a prescribed ratio, so that a surface temperature of the lower face heating means is controlled to a prescribed temperature zone when electric energy charged to the lower face heating means and energy diffused into a cooking chamber from a surface of the lower face heating means are balanced, the heating cooker capable of shortening a cooking time while hardly generating smoke and flame can be provided.
