<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric connector used to electrically connect a flexible component to a printed wiring board and having its improved holding. <P>SOLUTION: The electric connector 30 includes the upper part housing 32, a contact housing 34, a contact part 36, expandable leg members 38, and support elements 40.
