<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric connector in which an insulator main body can be mounted easily by a rotary plate. <P>SOLUTION: The electric connector is provided with the insulator main body in which a plurality of first and second terminal grooves are formed, a plurality of first and second conductor terminals, and the rotary plate that is mounted on the insulator main body. At the insulator main body, housing holes and a plurality of first and second terminal grooves which penetrate through the housing holes are formed. The first conductor terminal which is inserted into the first terminal groove is tightly fixed to the insulator main body, and includes a first contact beam and a first pivot beam opposing to the first contact beam. The second conductor terminal is inserted into the second terminal groove to be fixed to the insulator main body and includes a second contact beam and a second pivot beam opposing to the second contact beam. The rotary plate includes the first and second through grooves which correspond to the first and second pivot beams, and a plurality of shaft parts installed in the first and second through grooves. In the first pivot beam, a recess for housing the shaft part is formed.
