PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate and display multi-split screen easy to watch for a user by switching scene constitution and changing position and size of each video image display region, when an arbitrary video image is subjected to enlarged display for displaying two or more video images. SOLUTION: In the multi-split screen display, it is necessary to generate new multi-split screen in order to perform enlarged display of an arbitrary video image while each video image is displayed. The video image is subjected to enlarged display at which the user wants to gaze. In the newly generated multi-split screen, the display region of the video image for enlarged display is made large, and the display region of the other video image is made small. By forming the multi-split screen in this constitution, the video image in the region to be gazed is certified by the enlarged display, while the other video image can be certified at any time.
