PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reactor device with reduced noise inexpensively as much as possible. SOLUTION: The reactor device A includes: a reactor B having a core 1 and a coil 2; a case 3 for storing the reactor B; and a plate spring 6 interposed between the core 1 of the reactor B, and the case 3. The plate spring 6 is arranged at two corners of the case 3, generates biasing force in a direction inclined to a straight line section Ra of the core 1 by 45°, and attenuates nearly omnidirectional components of vibration generated by the core 1 for suppressing vibration.
