PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, when controlling a large number of hydraulic jacks arranged over a wide range, an unequal settlement preventive device of a structure without complicating the laying of a hydraulic pipe and a signal conductor, and to provide a hydraulic control unit contributable to such a purpose. SOLUTION: This unequal settlement preventive device prevents unequal settlement of the structure, by supporting the structure by the hydraulic jacks, and has the hydraulic jacks 1 respectively arranged in a support place of the structure and supporting the structure, the hydraulic control units 3 respectively arranged in the vicinity of the support place and driving the hydraulic jacks 1, a communication control device 5 arranged in the respective hydraulic control units 3 and communicating a control signal, a PC 11 for calculating axial force of the hydraulic jacks 1 by inputting a displacement signal of the structure, and a signal transmitting means for transmitting a control signal of the hydraulic control units 3 to the communication control device 5 based on a calculated value of the PC 11.
