<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure for a vehicular drive device that prevents a connection terminal part, between a rotary electric machine and electric equipment, from being immersed in a coolant that cools the rotary electric machine. <P>SOLUTION: The mounting structure for a vehicular drive device is provided with a housing 110, which is fixed to a vehicle body and has a first internal space 111 and a second internal space 112 formed below the first internal space 111, in a state of being cut off from the first internal space 111; a motor/generator MG1 provided in the first internal space 111 of the housing 110; an inverter provided in the second internal space 112 of the housing 110; and a terminal 121 that electrically connects the motor/generator MG1 with the inverter. Oil used for cooling or the like of the motor/generator MG1 is stored at the bottom part of the first internal space 111.
