PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a blur of an image picked up by a camera, caused by water droplets. SOLUTION: This vehicular outer mirror device comprises a camera 26 provided in a mirror visor for picking up an image on the lower side of the mirror visor through a rolled sheet 32 on the front face side of a lens 30 and an image pick-up hole of the mirror visor. A hydrophilic film 34 of the rolled sheet 32 is arranged on the front face side of the lens 30. Thus, even when water stays on the surface of the hydrophilic film 34, the hydrophilic performance of the hydrophilic film 34 suppresses the formation of unevenness on the surface of the hydrophilic film 34 due to water droplets to suppress the blur of the image picked up by the camera 26 due, caused by water droplets.
