PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently remove plaque, etc., stuck onto an affected part concerning a cleaning deice suitable for efficiently removing the plaque, etc., stuck onto the affected part in a mouth, etc. SOLUTION: The bar shape handle 110 of the cleaning device 100 includes: a light source 130 arranged on the center line of the handle 110; and a power source part 140 for supplying power to the light source 130 and adjusting the intensity of light from the light source 130. A sharp end part 120 having a point on the center line of the handle 110 is arranged at one end of the handle 110. The handle 110 is constituted of a material for transmitting light to be irradiated from the light source 130. The light irradiated from the light source 130 is condensed at a sharp end 121.
