PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of an electrical dust precipitator which shortens the halt caused by the failure of an electrical dust precipitator. SOLUTION: In the control device 210 of the electrical dust precipitator 200 equipped with a plurality of charging equipment, it is characterized by being provided with a failure specifying means 212 to specify by detecting the another voltage lowering even if the re-charging has been conducted after the power source shutdown due to the voltage lowering and a separating means 214 to separate the charging equipment specified by the failure specifying means 212 from the power source, for every individual charging equipment.
