PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball storage device, a ball dispenser integrated with a storage tank, and a game machine capable of securing a large placement area around a ball withdrawal mechanism and improving placement freedom of components so that interest is enhanced by making the ball withdrawal mechanism compact to reduce an operation range of the ball withdrawal mechanism when withdrawing balls. SOLUTION: The ball storage device installs a unit integrating a storage tank 16 for storing many balls with a ball lining-up channel 17 for lining balls stored in the storage tank up in single file to flow them down at a back side upper part of the game machine via a base table. The device is provided with a horizontally moving means for horizontally moving the ball lining-up channel in a depth direction of the game machine. A ball discharge port located on a terminal end side of the ball lining-up channel is horizontally moved to a second ball discharge position from a first ball discharge position by the horizontally moving means to switch a ball discharge position of the ball lining-up channel.
