PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a communication apparatus, that performs a periodic transmission, to surely transmit important data by separating communication terms of the periodic transmission and a random communication in a wireless communication system where two kinds of communication apparatus of a communication apparatus, that performs a random transmission, and the communication apparatus, that performs the periodic transmission, are mixed. SOLUTION: A communication apparatus 2A including a periodic transmission function transmits periodic transmission information indicating a periodic transmission term and communication apparatuses 2B, 2C, ..., including a random transmission function set a random transmission prohibited term on the basis of the periodic transmission information. A transmission time is given to the periodic transmission information and when the communication apparatuses 2B, 2C, ..., receive the periodic transmission information, the communication apparatuses calculate a time deviation amount of clocks between the respective apparatuses from the transmission time given to the periodic transmission information and a reception time of the communication apparatus's own, and correct the time of its own clock. Therefore, the other communication apparatuses 2B, 2C, ..., can be prevented from starting the random transmission within the periodic transmission term of the communication apparatus 2A.
