<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic composition used for the finishing of various building, wherein a complicated maintenance work for the recovery of the beauty of the outer wall of the building or the surface layer of the structure is not required and the beauty and feeling of the outer wall of a building or the surface layer of a structure is constantly kept for a long time, and the structure having a hardened body layer using the same as the surface layer. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The hydraulic composition contains fine aggregate and a hydraulic component comprising alumina cement, portland cement and gypsum, and fine aggregate. The fine aggregate does not contain particles having particle diameter of >1 mm and the mass ratio (hydraulic component/fine aggregate) of the hydraulic component to the fine aggregate is 0.06-0.12.
