The present invention relates to a dielectric ceramic composition applied to an automotive model and having an excellent mechanical strength and an excellent electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection characteristic and a multilayer ceramic capacitor including the same. According to the present invention, the dielectric ceramic composition comprises base metal powder (a range of x is 0<=x<=1.0 and a range of y is 0.2<=y<=0.9) in which at least one among (Ca1-xSrx)(Zr1-yTiy)O3, Ca(Zr1-yTiy)O3, Sr(Zr1-yTiy)O3, (Ca1-xSrx)ZrO3, and (Ca1-xSrx)TiO3 is displayed.
