A photoelectric-type pulse signal measurement method and measurement device, the method comprising: obtaining a primary path optical signal emitted by a photoelectric emitter and reflected back from a skin surface having an artery under the skin, or obtaining at least one auxiliary path optical signal of receiving environment optical signals, adaptively filtering out environmental optical interference within the primary path optical signal according to the at least one auxiliary path optical signal, and obtaining an adaptive filtering result; or obtaining at least one auxiliary path optical signal emitted by the same photoelectric emitter and reflected back from a skin surface not having an artery under the skin, and adaptively filtering out motion interference within the primary path optical signal according to the at least one auxiliary path optical signal; extracting a pulse signal from the adaptive filtering result. Photoelectric sensor array technology is used, environmental optical interference or motion interference is adaptively filtered out from the primary path optical signal, the degree of fitting between the device and the skin is not strictly limited, and environmental optical interference or motion interference during photoelectric-type pulse signal measurement can be simply and effectively eliminated. |
