PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular burner that enables a pressure swing adsorption type hydrogen production method to be obtained in which recovery efficiencies of target components can be enhanced while appropriately supplying off-gas to a combustion device, cost can be reduced, and an efficiency of combustion operation can be enhanced.SOLUTION: In an early stage in a unit treatment period, a pressure reducing step for discharging an inside gas in an adsorption tower 1 to an off gas tank T as an off gas is practiced as a desorption step. In an intermediate stage in the unit treatment period, a tank sucking step for sucking the inside gas in the adsorption tower 1 using a vacuum tank S controlled to be in a negative pressure state, and a pump sucking step for sucking the adsorption tower 1 using a vacuum pump P, are practiced in order. In a terminal stage in the unit treatment period, the vacuum tank S is sucked using the vacuum pump P to discharge the off gas in the vacuum tank S and adjust the negative pressure state of the vacuum tank S. |
