PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow path on-off valve for suppressing the leak quantity of fluid and the abrasion loss of a valve when closing the valve by accurately aligning the valve with a seat member.SOLUTION: In the flow path on-off valve, a valve 14 is provided slidably on a flat part 48 of a shaft 42. A seat angle θ of a valve seat 16 formed by an abutment site E on the valve 14 and an axial line D of the valve 14 is set to be a numerical value of an arctangent function of the reciprocal of the friction coefficient of the valve seat 16 or less. This suppresses the leak quantity of fluid and the abrasion loss of the valve 14 when the valve 14 is seated on the valve seat 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
