PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vaccine that has a high and safe therapeutic effect on mycoplasma infection, to develop an effective therapeutic method of mycoplasma infection, and to provide pseudo-bacteria particles effective as a vaccine for mycoplasma infection thereof, and also pseudo-mycoplasma particles including common bacteria.SOLUTION: The present invention provides pseudo-bacteria particles, such as pseudo-mycoplasma particles, by producing liposome particles in which a lipid antigen specific to a pathogenic bacterium such as mycoplasma is contained as a liposome-constituting lipid component. The administration of the pseudo-mycoplasma particles enables the induction of a potent immunological activity in living bodies, and an excellent prophylactic or therapeutic vaccine of mycoplasma infection can be provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
