PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable body detection device that can detect a predetermined movable body, such as a person not on a vehicle (pedestrian, etc.) with high accuracy while distinguishing from another movable body, without performing pattern matching of images using a dictionary of a template image.SOLUTION: A camera 1 photographs a predetermined area.
