The invention relates to a composition of polymer-modified non-paraffinic oxidation bitumen for pavements, consisting of a mixture of bituminous components made of black oil and styrene-butadiene-styrene, consisting of 20...42 parts of bituminous component with ring- and ball-softening point of at least 37°C, such as a mass asphalt, or a bituminous component selected from the non-paraffinic oxidation bitumens for pavements exhibiting a penetration, at 25°C, of 180...200 mm, a ring- and ball-softening point of 38...42°C, ductility, at 25°C, of at least 100 cm, 55.5...74 parts of bituminous component selected from the non-paraffinic oxidation bitumens for pavements exhibiting a penetration, at 25°C, of 60...80 mm, a ring- and ball-softening point of 48...55°C, ductility, at 25°C, of at least 100 cm and 2.5...6 parts of SBS thermoplastic elastomer, the parts being expressed by weight. The process for preparing the bitumen composition for pavements, as claimed by the invention, consists in mixing one or several bituminous components made of black oil vacuum distillation residues, paraffinic oxidation bitumens for pavements exhibiting a penetration, at 25°C, of 180...200 mm, a ring- and ball-softening point of 38...42°C and no elastic recovery, with the thermoplastic elastomer, in preset quantities, in reactors with high dispersion of non-bituminous components, for 0.5...1.5 h, at a temperature of 180°C, and with oxidation bitumen exhibiting a penetration, at 25°C, of 60...80 mm, a ring- and ball-softening point of 48...55°C and no elastic recovery, in a preset quantity.
|
