摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a hologram recording medium of a disk shape having small eccentricity.SOLUTION: A hologram recording medium is formed by charging a hologram recording material between plane substrates, and includes: a first substrate having a center hole; a second substrate arranged facing the first substrate; a recording layer formed by charging the hologram recording material into a cavity between the first substrate and the second substrate; and an axis insertion member including a ferromagnetic material. The axis insertion member includes: a columnar part, an erecting part, and a concave part. A diameter of the columnar part is larger than the diameter of the center hole. The erecting part has a substantially columnar shape erected on one of bottom surfaces A. The maximum outer diameter of the erecting part is smaller by 0.2 mm or more than the diameter of the center hole, and the concave part has a substantially columnar shape that defines the other of the bottom surfaces B as an opening. The axis insertion member is fixed to the first substrate surface in the area at the outer peripheral side of the bottom surface A of the columnar part, in the state in which the erecting part is inserted in the center hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
