PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business card management system and its operation method capable of easily identifying the old and new business cards of the same user, and easily discriminating even the business cards of persons who have same family and personal name.SOLUTION: The business card management system includes a WEB server, a user terminal and a print management terminal connected through a network, and a printing device connected to the print management terminal. The WEB server includes: an input/output part for transmitting/receiving data; an ID issue part for issuing an ID unique to a user when a user newly registers business card input information; and an ID determination part for identifying the user when the user updates the business card input information. The print management terminal includes: an input/output part for transmitting/receiving data; and a print control part for creating print information on the basis of the business card input information, the ID, and the format information of a business card received from the user terminal or the WEB server by the input/output part, and for instructing the printing device to print the print information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
