PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user observation system which easily traces the action of a user in a shop in association with information specifying the user.SOLUTION: The user observation system includes a camera installed in a shop to successively photograph a user in the shop, an action analyzer for analyzing the action of the user photographed by the camera, and a history database in which the action of the user is stored along with a device identifier or a user identifier which is recorded in a portable device carried by the user and is reported from the potable device. The action analyzer associates the identifier with the user photographed by the camera and records the action of the user photographed by the camera, in the history database in association with the identifier. |
