PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly synchronize data when data inconsistency occurs between a plurality of devices due to a fault, when data synchronized between the devices must be stored.SOLUTION: A subscriber management apparatus 1A stores subscriber data received from a maintenance device 2 in a temporary registration surface 14A. When the subscriber data is transmitted to a service providing device 3 to update subscriber data in the service providing device 3, the subscriber data is reflected from the temporary registration surface 14A to an actual registration surface 14B. After a fault occurs, when the subscriber data is included in the temporary registration surface 14A, the subscriber data is transmitted to the service providing device 3 for update. The subscriber data can be synchronized between the subscriber management apparatuses 1A, 1B and the service providing device 3 without waiting for reclosing of the subscriber data from the maintenance device 2. |
