PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a case for an LED bulb restraining stay of heat around a lighting circuit.SOLUTION: After forming ultrafine unevennesses with 20 to 80 nm periods on a surface of an aluminum case 20 by ultrafine etching, the case is inserted into an injection molding die with its die temperature at 145°C, and PPS resin is injected on its surface. With this, an injection molded part 30 (with a circuit cover 31, an insulation part 32, and a base fixing part 33 integrated) is molded, and the case for an LED bulb which is an integrated object having a resin component structuring this infiltrated into ultrafine unevennesses on the case surface to be cured can be obtained. |
