<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information management apparatus which assigns a unique identification number to accepted information and manages the information in a network system. <P>SOLUTION: Upper bits of an identification number are held in a first counter constituted on a prescribed area of a ROM 10 consisting of a FLASH memory or an EEPROM, and lower bits of the identification number are held in a second counter constituted in a prescribed area of a RAM 11, and an identification information generation part 8 combines a count of the first counter and a count of the second counter to generate identification information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
