PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a plate cylinder for printing, which can form a transfer layer pattern rapidly and can prevent a stain due to at least a streak unevenness or an ink mist to be generated during printing; a method for manufacturing a heat transfer sheet; and a heat transfer sheet.SOLUTION: The plate cylinder for printing is constituted of a first cell region for printing a part for starting the printing of a transfer layer pattern, a second cell region for printing a regular printing part, and a third cell region for printing a printing end part. In addition, the cell form of the cell belonging to the second cell region is square or rectangular, and the volume of the cell per unit area belonging to either of the first cell region or the third cell region, or both, accounts for 70% or below of the volume of the cell per unit area belonging to the second cell region. |
