PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an optical recording medium for achieving reduction of acceleration in a shaft direction (FE: focusing error), and acceleration in a track direction (TE: tracking error). SOLUTION: When producing an optical recording medium having a constitution made by laminating a first substrate 11 and a second substrate 12 with an ultraviolet curing resin 30, at a first stage in an ultraviolet exposure process, ultraviolet is radiated toward a periphery from the center and the ultraviolet curing resin 30 in an area inside the periphery is tentatively cured while leaving at least the periphery, and in a second stage, ultraviolet radiation is performed for whole area exposure curing in the state where a clamp area 14 of the substrate is held still by a center pin 22 which contacts.
