PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To design detailed parts of piping, a nozzle or the like and capability of a blower to the optimal specifications so as to satisfy required collision force to an object. SOLUTION: This blowerization design program and this blowerization design device execute the optimal design of specifications of airblow satisfying the required collision force and detailed specifications of the nozzle or the like by using a computer by calculating the collision force to the object by using an airblow condition before improvement, calculating blower air volume whose collision force become the same as the collision force by using blowing air pressure of the blower determined based on the lowest air pressure of the blower as an airblow condition after the improvement and calculating the optimal aperture whose collision force become the same as the collision force about a nozzle form according to an aim of the airblow.
