<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability in fitting together a plurality of toner scraping members composing a toner removal member. <P>SOLUTION: The device includes a container 22, a spiral member 24, a toner removal member 37, and a support member 38. The spiral member 24 has a shaft 33 disposed in the container, and a vane 31 attached to the peripheral face on the shaft 33 and used to convey toner. The toner removal member 37 has the plurality of toner scraping members 40. The plurality of toner scraping members 40 are formed from a single linear material, and remove toner sticking to the spiral member 24 by the rotation of the spiral member 24. Each of the toner scraping members 40 has a toner scraping part 40a capable of coming into contact with the shaft of the spiral member 24 and the surface of the vane, and a mounting part 40b for attaching a toner scraping part 40a to the container.
