<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To photograph and display a stereoscopic image equivalent to integral photography without using a fly eye lens that is not easily available. <P>SOLUTION: The image of a subject is photographed through a lenticular lens in which a cylindrical concave lenses are arranged and through a slit plate in which a slit perpendicular to the lenticular lens is disposed on a face. Then, when an imaging face is disposed close to a photographic lens by a predetermined distance from a slit image formation face, a photographic image becomes an image equivalent to a correct stereoscopic image in integral photography. When displaying the photographic image, a combination of the lenticular lens and the slit plate can be used instead of a fly eye lens sheet. By changing a positional relation between the lenticular lens and the slit plate or changing the type of the lenticular lens, stereoscopic images of different properties can be photographed.
