PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To photograph and display a stereoscopic image equivalent to integral photography without using a fly eye lens that is not easily available.
SOLUTION: The image of a subject is photographed through a lenticular lens in which a cylindrical concave lenses are arranged and through a slit plate in which a slit perpendicular to the lenticular lens is disposed on a face. Then, when an imaging face is disposed close to a photographic lens by a predetermined distance from a slit image formation face, a photographic image becomes an image equivalent to a correct stereoscopic image in integral photography. When displaying the photographic image, a combination of the lenticular lens and the slit plate can be used instead of a fly eye lens sheet. By changing a positional relation between the lenticular lens and the slit plate or changing the type of the lenticular lens, stereoscopic images of different properties can be photographed. The photographic image can be displayed by the combination of the lenticular lens and a back light in which linear light sources are arranged.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
|
