<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ignition coil for an internal combustion engine in which man-hour for designing the ignition coil and man-hour for assembly can be reduced regardless of whether an erroneous ignition preventive diode is required or not, the earth environment is taken into consideration with an electrical connection using no solder, and further the ignition coil itself can also be small-sized. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention relates to the ignition coil characterized in that a secondary bobbin is structured to house therein a secondary bobbin terminal A which is capable of fixing a diode and a terminal of the diode at a high-pressure side, a secondary bobbin terminal B, and a secondary bobbin terminal C which is used when the diode is not used, and the diode is fixed not by a solder but by pressing therein the secondary bobbin terminal A and the secondary bobbin terminal B. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
