PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of noise in a fine differential pressure operating type check valve by making the movement of a valve element 3 smooth even when it is made of a resin or a is lightweight material. SOLUTION: A valve seat member 2, the valve element 3, and a holder member 4 are disposed in a main joint 1. Bent parts 42a at tip ends of leg parts 42 of the holder member 4 are fixed to the valve seat member 2, and the valve element 3 is held to freely rise and fall between the leg parts 42. The valve element 3 is seated on the valve seat member 2 by its own weight when there is no flow of a refrigerant from an introduction port 11. The valve element 3 is elevated by pressure of the refrigerant from the introduction port 11. A recessed part 33 is formed in the valve element 3, a center of gravity G of the valve element 3 is deviated from a central axis L in the moving direction, and stable friction between the valve element 3 and the leg parts 42 is provided.
