PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reaction treatment apparatus that controls a temperature in high precision for gene proliferation (PCR process), and the like. SOLUTION: The reaction apparatus 1 is equipped with a plurality of reaction areas A1 and a plurality of heating portions 12 arranged for each of the reaction areas. The heating portions are each equipped with a heat source, a heating control portion 121 for transmitting heat amount information for making the reaction area reach a fixed target temperature to the heat source and a heat amount correction portion 122 that detects the calorific value of the heat source or in the vicinity of the heat source and corrects the heat amount information to be transmitted to the heat source based on the calorific value.
