The present invention relates to a check valve device of a boiler for a hot-water mat capable of reducing closuring noise when the hot water expansion-flows due to a heater and reducing damage to a valve plate. The check valve device of the boiler for the hot-water mat is formed inside a water container having an inflow pipe and a discharge pipe where a heater is connected and water is heated while the water flows inside and prevents the hot water heated by the heater and steam from flowing back to the water container. The discharge pipe is protruding from a rear plate of the water container. The check valve device is installed on the front side of the rear plate to be communicated with the discharge pipe, thereby being positioned inside the water container. The present invention is characterized by including a valve case installed on the front side of the rear plate to be communicated with the discharge pipe and positioned inside the water container and having open rear side, closed front side, and closed circumference; a guide shaft protruding from a front plate of the valve case backwardly; water inflow units protruding from the circumference of the guide shaft of the front plate of the case backwardly and including water inflow holes are formed on the central circumference; a spring inserted into the water inflow unit; a valve plate inserted into the guide shaft to be moved forward and backward by including a through-hole on the center, including the rear surface adhering to the rear part of the spring, and closing the water inflow hole when moving forward; a stopping ring formed on the rear side of the guide shaft to prevent the separation of the valve plate; and an air discharge unit formed on the circumference of the valve case and discharging air inside the valve case when the inner pressure of the valve case is a predetermined level or higher. |
