摘要 The present invention relates to a measurement and control system and a measurement and control method, and more specifically, to a measurement and control system equipped with a real-time automatic flux calculating device and a measurement and control method, which measures a flux flowing into and out a sewage facility such as a sewage intercepting facility and a manhole pump station through information on the sewage information and an ultrasonic sensor, monitors an inflow amount and an outflow amount of sewage, and manages the sewage according to the monitoring result. The measurement and control system equipped with a real-time automatic flux calculating device comprises: an ultrasonic water level measurement unit which includes an ultrasonic sensor installed in a sewage intercepting pipe of a sewage facility, measures the water level of sewage flowing in the sewage intercepting pipe through the ultrasonic sensor, and outputs the measured water level; and a measurement and control module which calculates an inflow amount and an outflow amount of the sewage flowing into and out the sewage intercepting pipe of the sewage facility through stored sewage facility information on the sewage facility and the water level measured by the ultrasonic water level measurement unit.
