Provided is a condensation curable silicone resin composition capable of quickly obtaining a cured product having high heat resistance and light resistance. To achieve the objective of the present invention, the condensation curable silicone resin composition comprises: (A) 100 parts by mass of one or more types of polyorganosiloxane represented by the below average composition formula (1) (R_3SiO_1/2)_x(R_2SiO_2/2)_y(RSiO_3/2)_w(SiO_4/2)_u (1); and (B) 0.1-500 parts by mass of polyorganosiloxane having one or more hydrogen atoms combined with a silicon atom, having two or more of a group of -OX combined with a silicon atom inside a molecule, and having one or more hydrogen atoms and one or more silicon atoms having a group represented by one or more -OX on the same silicon atom.
