Disclosed are an emotion based image evaluating system and a method thereof. The method executes a game selecting one video matched to a suggested emotion language among at least one video which is randomly selected among two or more collected videos when a query evaluating the videos, which are collected according to the suggested emotion language, is suggested. The method calculates a ranking value for a video through at least one video among a win video selected through the game and a lose video which is not selected, and a win video selected by indirect deduction and a lose video; displays video ranking on a user terminal by setting the video ranking for the suggested emotion language with the calculated ranking value; or stores the video ranking in a database with ground truth. The present invention provides the video ranking for direct emotion to the user terminal. After executing the game with a video combination of a new inputted video and a ranking set prior video, and wining the new video according to an executed game result, the present invention updates new video ranking, which is determined by setting the new video ranking which is higher than the prior video ranking, to a prior video ranking; and reduces an emotion evaluation number for the collected video, and a time for determining the emotion based video ranking. |
