TOUCH INTERACTION-BASED SEARCH METHOD AND DEVICE

Disclosed are a touch interaction-based search method and device, comprising: receiving a trigger instruction of a user for performing a search on the basis of a current interface; receiving a touch slide operation performed by the user on the current interface and determining a slide area on the basis of the touch slide operation; extracting an object in the slide area on the basis of same and performing a search with respect to the object. Employment of the present invention solves the problem of slow and inconvenient search via a keyboard (including a soft keyboard), obviates the need for operations such as search bar opening, copy and paste, thus making a search operation simple and easy, solving the problem with on-demand search on a touch interaction-based terminal, saving time, and enhancing user experience.
